Lost Rs 1000/- due to link failure-ATM

Dear Sir,

a) On 26th Oct.09 I have lost Rs 1000/- from my a/c in ICICI ATM counter (counter no-11) in Bhubaneswar due to link failure.

b) Now bank itself is denying the fact desparately & not cooperating at all to get my money back.

c) Instead of giving phone no gave me fax no, when everyone could connect over phone they said unable to contact,

d) Send mail nodal officer many times & got reply-we acknowledge receipt of your communication.we will attend to your mail prompltly & revert to you within 2 working days but never replied.

e) Always from Mumbai office said transaction was successfull, money can't be reversed to the a/c without providing right bank proof or documents to me.

f) Is this the transparency & customer dealing?

g) Who will solve this problem & help me to get my hard earned money back?
