Amount has not been transferred through internet banking to SBI Account but amount has been debited from ICICI Bank Account

This is Rajkumar from Bangalore.

The sum of Rs 3000 has been transferred from ICICI Bank A/C: 007101527269 to my SBI A/C: 10514910897 on 03rd November but till date the amount has not been deposited to that SBI Account but the sum of rs 3000 has been deducted from ICICI Bank A/C.I have cross checked and Confirmed with the ICICI People, the transaction has been cleard from their side. So Pls inform me where lag is there By this transaction i am very much frustrated in this. Pls revert me back as soon as possible.
