Closing of ICICI saving account

Sir,

I want to close my account which is at Bangalore branch (A/C no 000201573510) and pune branch (A/C no 000501520709), since I am in US and not able to use this accounts,

But they are asking me to come back to india and go to particular banks to close the accounts, This is very costly for me to come over there for closing the accounts,

And they are increasing my negative balance for both my accounts without informing me.
