Issues related to ICICI Demat account

I have a demat account with ICICI direct since... Last 4 years, every year they are asking me to submit the application form and other proofs... reasoning that they have lost all my information in 2005 floods... However after that i have already submitted all information atleast for 3 times... Now they have de-activated my demat account and am not able to do any transactions... although they are charging me for this service... i have few lakhs of shares in my account and since am not able to do any transaction... i am loosing money...

This is causing me huge mental trauma, financial and emotional harrassment... pls help
