Hi,

I hold a saving a/c with ICICI Bank Saket (New Delhi) branch and my a/c no is 017101010899. They have debited the amount of 827 Rs. against QABChgs, apr-jun09 ST77. I understand that this deduction is for not mentanin minimum balance in your a/c but my complaint is that at the time of opening the a/c I was told that the miimum balance for everyquarter is Rs. 5000/- which now being incresed to Rs. 10, 000/-. These changes are not communicated to us and without any information the amount has been deducted from the a/c. I will request the consumer court to take necessary action and save us from such banks who are following such practices.

I hope u will solve my query as soon as possible.
