A laon against property (a/c no.-LBLUC 00001428252, APL. NO.- 7776647000) for rs.9, 21, 340.00, was sanctioned to me on 28.10.2006.we have paid to icici bank upto 10.06.2009 total rs 4, 01, 556.00 in 31 instalments.even at time of repayment of loan, the amount was rs 9, 07, 624.00.that shows i paid only rs 13, 716.00 against the principal and remaining rs 3, 87, 840.00 as interest between the period 28.10.2006 to 29.05.2009.not only this the tenure of loan was extended upto 25 years 4 months having the instalments of rs. 11, 395.00per month.no information has been revealed to me of all this things till i got repayment schedule after paying 100 rs and lots of running.after all this i calculated and come to know with this emi and tenure, i m paying less than interest and the principal was increasing.and then i tried to ask them whats exactly happening, then they told me a absurd calculation n told me, "u have to increse the emi".it means they are not even knew that.this bank is total fraud i don't know who is running this but i request u all stay away from this cheatin gang.
