Wrong practice to improove Bank Misc income

Sir,

I am a saving account holder of ICICI Bank, Bhopal Branch, I want to registor following coplains -

1. One local cheque deposited by me on 31.07.2009 at bank counter, cleared on 01.08. one chque present for payment through clearance on 01.08.2009 but bank rejected the the due to insufficient fund and Rs 386/= deducted as return charges from my account, if Bank care for my deposit (one day before) entry than my payment cheque also cleared but bank not do the same. When I request to the bank on same day after viewing the satement on internet, bank rejected the same.

2. I am submitted application to add my wife as secopnd account holder with all requierd documents, today I want the confirmation and written information local bank official telephonicaly confirm that the account converted in Joit Account and for written information they inform me that Rs 110/= deducted from my account to provide updated information through statement only or wait for next quartely statement for the same.

Sir, above example of harassment to imprrove misc income of bank. Please do the needful for justice.
