I wat to add a payee on my account. First you have to have a mobile banking account for which you must wait for 1/2 hour in he bank. then you get it but when you add a payee online it sweetly gives a number to call incase you don't get a Unique number on your mobile. when you send you realized you just killed 3 rupees for nothing. well its been 6 days and I still can't add a payee on my own account. Looks like I'm just about to discontinue my services with ICICI.by the way what's cooling period? is it when user has lost his cool?
