Unsolicited Charges made by bank to my account

Hi,

I am based in london and got NRi account with ICICI, i transfer regular money to bank. Recently i notice that i was charged Rs.2000 since april by ICICI bank without my knowledge.

I would like to make legal complaint against these charges, can anyone guide me where can i make complaints.
