Dear Sir,
This is in with reference to your Control No. 378348300, I have had no outstanding on my ICICI Bank credit card against which your record shows an outstanding of Rs. 7210/- as on 31.10.2006 against card no 4477470169784007 of ICICI.
When I approached to ICICI bank with all my paid card statements, they were confirming that I have no previous balance to pay on this card. Then I requested them to get the records updated in CIBIL and clean my report but still no step has been taken from their side.
Now I request you to please updated my report in your records
