Hi All,

I have raised for settlement of my credit card with ICICI in Oct-08

"Dear customer,

For quicker resolution of your query/request, please write to us through the "E-mail Us" option at our website, www.icicibank.com

We inform you that we have initiated request for the settlement of your credit card. Your request no. is SR82201006 and SR82201606. Within 8 days our collection officer will contact you regarding the settlement.

But then after no response and hence i wrote to the nodal officer on 31/10/08 and their response was on 10-Nov-08

Actually the concern person has not contracted me and i was not able to get him on air every time you will able to listen tamil dailer tone.

Again i have consistenly remainded nodal officer regarding the same through mail but no responce.

Finally on Dec-4-08 i have received call from rateesh from 04066733090 and he has promised me to close the issue in few days and added ha said that he is working one card to make it has ZERO and other card with can be closed with lesser than 10000. because ICICI has deducted 50000 rupees from my saving account with out my notice which was gather from my friend and my salary for my mother health related issue. But nothing has turned up i was kept waiting.

Beside all this happening ICICI has deducted 50000 rupees from my saving account with out my notice which was gather from my friend and my salary for my mother health related issue.

At last on 22-DEC-08 i have recived from collection (04066507448 meenakshi and prakash) asking me to pay 12, 000 for one card and 6000 for other card but the actual i have used is 46000 putting both together.

If i am able to afford the same why i will be waiting so long, from september i am consistenly requesting bank people to help me but no one actually came forward.

I have esclated this issues many time but no responses. The bank has cheated the trust which i was having on them, i am not a bad person but the situvation from may-08 has turned into biggest financial crises ever for any youngster aged 23 years. I was ready to pay the bank people my principel amount and consitenly followed but no response.

I need justice and i want to highlight the society donot come the words of bank people because thier will say something but their will no keep up their words because few people called me we will resolve dont worry but no one turned up.

No words i lost everthing last 6 months but these bank people are sucking my blood and blocked my saving account to suck my salary even more.

NOTE: ICICI people i has a customer coming forward to pay my dues but no one is ready to help me this is why ICICI is falling down every day. But you people has caption stating "Satisfing customer needs", my humble request is not to use these caption if you people are not ready to provide services.
