Inspite of my payment on due date of my credit, The icici bank has sent me to pay auto debit return fee of Rs.280.25, Which is not correct as per their statement in which it is stated that they got my payment on 28.01.2009 through my SBI cheque No.985618 for Rs.4, 193, When contacted I am told to make complaint, Hence I made this complaint. Is it right, inform me.
