ICICI Bank Credit Card
Why the amount (mounthly)..fare..?

I got phone call from ICICI bank they gave a cridt card... i accept that card (after conform that there is no mounthly/yearly fear amount)

Now i got a bill of 101.. i want to know why should i pay this when i didn't use card and when there is no fare...

want to know what should i suppose to do..?
