Dear Sir/Mam,
I have not recd the document, I placed a request for my Internet Banking Password on 11-06-09, today as on 22-06-09 in ten days I have not recd the document whereas I have to make a purchase online and I waiting for it. Either you give the product so we can use it or else dont provide the services if you cannot complete it. I have complaint also about the monthly statement not recd for past 4 months but no action has been taken on it. I had been communicated that the request had been forwarded to the concerns department. I just want to know who is the concern department so I can directly approach to them.
For reference you can check my details of payments made on time always but this time I was not able to because of the statement not recd.
Look into the matter and reply back soon with the positve reply,
