ICICI Bank Credit Card
Can the bank block the card in case of cheque return

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using ICICI Bank credit card since long, but recently due to sign difference my cheque got returned, so i immediately paid the amount thru internet banking.

So at the time of due date there is no pending dues on my card. But still the bank has blocked the card stating that my cheque got returned.

Can the bank block the card for such a reason, where there is no any other problem. i have not denied the return charges also.

Please guide me accordingly.
