Wrong Debit, Delay in Entry Reversal

Ref: My ICICI Customer Complaint Ref No SR44404098

On 29th May my credit card was debited with Rs41, 556.27 (S$1512.1) against my Hotel bill at Singapore. On 17th Oct same charge was debited Rs42, 362.27 (S$1512.1). I have registered my complaint as referred above. Singapore Hotel has owned the mistake and credited ICICI bank with S$1512.10 on 1st Nov.(Documentary proof available)

Till date this wrong debit amount of Rs.42, 362.27 has not been credited or released to my available balance. Due to this wrong debit my card has been debited with Intrest Charges, Late payment fee, overlimit charges etc which I have refused to pay in full. Request you to take up the matter with ICICI Bank and reverse the wrong debit entry and also reverse all the additional charges charged by them
