Non receipt and misuse of credit card

This is Archana Gupta and I have an Account with ICICI Bank for the past 1 year and it’s a salary account (025301536459) with 0 balance. Today I get to know that my bank account has been ceases and it shows an account balance of Rs:41683.80/- and total available balance as 9274.08/-, without any intimation. and I would like to bring to your notice that I had called up the customer Care department to ask them and they said that its against your credit card bill.

In January first week I received a call from ICICI Bank that I will be receiving a credit card in a day or two. I told them that since my wedding is to take place on Jan, 18, you are requested to give me a call before delivering the credit card as there were many guest at my place. The month passes by and I have not received any credit card. In February, 08 I received a message on my cell saying that you made a transaction of Rs. 39, 398/- . I was shocked and I have made a telephonic complain in the credit card department. They said that they have delivered the card to my mother Sushma devi, who showed the ration card as her ID Proof. But my mother name is Sunita Gupta and we don’t have any ration card as an ID Proof. I faxed my complaint at the credit card department, and then I was relaxed thinking that my complaint is registered, even I had made several complains to the Credit card department for the wrong bills and corrected them but there was no action taken from their end.

Now today I came to know that my account has been ceased because of the due payment of the credit card.

I also have loan going on with your bank. Who will be responsible for the EMI of this loan in such crisis?

I am shocked with your action of ceasing my salary account without having any proof of either my receiving of the credit card or the usage of the same. I am shocked with the irresponsibility of the delivery heads of the banks who are not concerned to deliver the card to the holder; neither are they concern to confirm from the holder of the delivery of the card. Being a responsible citizen I promise to pay the double amount to the bank if they show me my signature on receiving the credit card or while using the same.
