ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD POINTS THROUGH IMINT
Points in ICICI card account is zero i mint card not received

I had lost my credit card hence I had requested the blocking of the card, so that no misuse the card. At that point of time the reward points in that card were 1800 points, since the card was blocked the points were redeemed without any consultation with me & I was asked to speak to Imint company customer care to know the status of the said 1800 points. Then I was irritated due to the attitude of the customer care executives answer for my question, that "WHO AUTHORIZED YOU TO TRANSFER THE EARNED POINTS TO IMINT". He said, You must have received the imint card for redeposition of your points. He could not answer the same & kept on requesting me to speak to Imint customer care.

I was not interested to speak to them because of the reason that without even intimating me the points were transferred to a different company. However the points were earned with great difficulty hence even then I spoke to Imint to know the status of the points. They said we have all the details of yours & you have changed your correspondence address so you might have not received the card. Then the executive promised me that the card would reach me in 15 days maximum time. From that day more than 100 days are over & my present correspondence address has also been updated even then they have not sent mke any card until now. Hence this complaint to get my points redeemed for the best value & a compensation for having not sent the card or any other details. However I given the card no. orally that I had written on a page in my scribbling pad which got over the card no. is also not there with me now. Further again I took the contact no. from the web & contacted customer care & they are agian accepting that they had not sent the card to the correct correspondence address as it was by oversight we have missed it out.

So I need the I mint company to bear all the cost of my appeal & attending the court cost & value for money compensation is requested to the consumer forum through this complaint. Hope on receipt of this complaint the company would correct itself & does not do the same mistake with other people.
