ICICI Bank Credit Cards
BALANCE TRANSFER CHEQUE CANCELLED WITHOUT REASON & NOT RETURNED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I deposited a Balance Transfer cheque from HSBC bank to my ICICI Bank credit card No.4477463630724009 for Rs.47, 000 vide Cheque No.416454 on 20-12-07 at Tirupur Branch, Tamilnadu.

I have been charged for the above amount with interest, tax etc, by the HSBC, because for cancellation they need the original cheque. I requested ICICI to return the cheque since January.

I contacted ICICI several times there is no conclusion. Their tele complaint reference no's: SR56738943 & SR57595999.

Later given mail complaint on 1-march reference no. SR57905784.

that within 4th March it will resolved. But no confirmation from ICICI.

I am affected mentally and not able to concentrate on my job & family. I am very much disturbed.

PLs.take necessary action immediately to overcome this problem.
