Non deduction of part payment from home loan amount

I made part payment of Rs. 90, 000/- to ICICI Bank Home Finance, Chandigarh against my home loan account No. LHCHD00000350655 vide reciept no. O0708 6512055 dated 20.09.2008. When enquired on 18.02.2009 it is found that they have not deducted the part payment of Rs. 90, 000/- from the loan amount and charged interest on full amount for year 09. I requested ICICI Bank HFC Chandigarh to settle my grievance and adjust the part payment of Rs.90, 000/- and not to charge the interest on full amount but all in vain. kindly take suitable action against the bank and direct them to settle the issue immediately and refund the excess amount charged by them.
