Unjustified Cheque Return Charges

Dear Sir,

I have an account in ICICI Bank, Johri Bazar, Jaipur.

Account Number - 031501513809

Account Holder Name - Arjun Singh Bisth

I issued a ICICI Bank's cheque of Rs. 72, 000/- on 19-Feb-08 and deposit it in Indusind Bank same day.

I have Rs. 72, 044.40/- in account on 19-Feb-08.

On 20-Feb-08, when my cheque has to present in ICICI Bank, Rs. 111/- has been debited from my account for Debit Card Fee without any information. Due to this my account balance was 71.933.4/- and ICICI Bank charge Rs. 393/- from account for cheque bounce (Insufficient Fund).

Sir where is my mistake, when i said to icici officials to refund they refuse it.

Now what should i do.
