IN VIEW OF MY LAST COMPLAIN (RE: ICICICARE=034-539-840 LIEN OF SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO.003401517378 (ID-460), I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION MAIL FROM ICICI BANK- THE MATTER OF WHICH I AM GIVING BELOW-

We refer to your complaint with regards to ICICI Bank Credit Card.
Attempts were made to contact you on 9830919014 dated June 25. However, you were not contactable.
We request you to contact our collection Manger Mr. Amitava Nath on 9836667766 with regards to the settlement of your credit card account.

First Of all Regarding Non-availability in the said mobile number (9830919014), i have already given my updated mobile number to the collection agents aho has been continuously harassing me over payments. And further i have always mentioned my updated mobile no. in the numerous communications with ICICI Bank till date. This can be also verified from your end.
And Regarding contacting your collection Manger with regards to the settlement of my credit card account, i have clearly mentioned that i have paid Rs 32, 800 AGAINST MY CREDIT LIMIT OF Rs 28, 000...
EVEN AFTER I MADE THIS EXCESS PAYMENT IN MY CARD, THERE WAS LIEN MARKED ON MY ACCOUNT NO.003401517378... AS A RESULT, MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS FREEZED -SHOWING AN OUTSTANDING DUE (OF CREDIT CARD) OF Rs 44, 510.95!!I DEPOSITED ONE OF MY CHEQUE OF AMOUNT Rs 500/- IN THIS ACCOUNT ON 2ND OF FEBRUARY. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, I LOST THE ENTIRE AMOUNT AS THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ALREADY FREEZED.
So, First of all, above everything else- i want the Refund of this Rs 500/-. May I please draw the attention of the persons concerned Regarding Refund of my Rs 500/- in a urgent basis... As this is my hard-earned money.
I WOULD KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS TOP PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY
