IN VIEW OF MY LAST COMPLAIN (RE: ICICICARE=034-539-840 LIEN OF SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO.003401517378 (ID-444), I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION MAIL FROM ICICI BANK- THE MATTER OF WHICH I AM GIVING BELOW-

Dear Mr. Sinha,

We tried calling on your mobile number 9830919014 (Not in service) for clarification of your transaction details, as you were not contactable we are sending the statements from the date you are using the card.

Please go through the attachment. Still if you have any clarification you please get back to us.

As per the clause mentioned in our Welcome Booklet [page no.25] which is sent to the Customer along with the Credit Card, "ICICI Bank may, without notice, combine or consolidate the standing balance on the Card Account with any other account (s) which the Card member maintains with ICICI Bank, and set-off or transfer money standing to the credit of such other account (s) in or towards the satisfaction of the Card Member s liability to ICICI Bank under his/her Card Account".

First Of all Regarding Non-availability in the said mobile number (9830919014), i have already given my updated mobile number to the collection agents aho has been continuously harassing me over payments. And further i have always mentioned my updated mobile no. in the numerous communications with ICICI Bank till date. This can be also verified from your end.

And further, As per the clause mentioned in Welcome Booklet [page no.25] which is sent to the Customer along with the Credit Card, may I please draw the attention of the persons concerned in the Statements that has been sent to me from time-to-time.

Even after Paying on EMI Mode (Which I Agreed to pay Only after a Request from ICICI Customer Care only), i was stunned to see that even after PAYING IN EMI mode, my Previous balance is Showing less than Closing balance in the monthly statements.

And this criteria happened month-after month and the payment in EMI mode which i opted for did not reflected at all in my monthly statements resulting in huge accumulation of outstanding dues.

I am having all the documents pertaining the same.
