My Original Sale Deed by ICICIHFC Missing have lost energies in running behind

Dear Sir,

I had been toiling to put my points across to M/s. ICICI - HFC w.r.t. getting back my original sale deed. Kindly suggest how do we resolve this issue. I come to you with lots of faith that you will hear both the side views and take a call. B cos, I am not comfortable to write to some one who has an email id with domain name of "ICICI", as they all only take time after time, and do not act promptly.

Brief backgound of what went till date:

HTL Taken in 2002. Pre-closed in 2008. Unable to get a firm response from the bank till Dec 09...

After making lots of hue and cry, i was paraded like a show case material/training piece, b/n one officer to the other without a firm resolution to my satisfaction, till date. In the process, each of the new officers have taken their own cool timelines to come back. A very shabby way of handling an irate customer!...In the process, no one is worried about building bank s image. Its utter rotten attitude, which i could realise very late!!..Bank behaves typically as if its doing a favour to me!...The funniest thing is that i haven t got a single written reply from the bank for all my registered posts with acknowledgement dues.

Though several people (even till date i never knew their levels, designations, addresses etc., ) used spoke to me, none of them have answered my following questionnaries:

1.ICICI to give me escalation matrix with clear title of the concerned authorised personnels in the bank for me to escalate, transparently.

2. ICICI to give an uncoditional appology letter in writing.

3. ICICI to return back immdtly my last paid amount (for pre-closing the loan) and take it back from me as and when the bank finds my original sale deed.

4. ICICI to pay me a compensation for the damages caused till date (i.e.) loss of time, mental trauma etc., a min. of Rs.3.00 L and upto max. value - equal to that of the present value of the property.

5. ICICI to assure me that there will be a firm revert/fullstop to whole of these requests in a week s time and it can not be going on for ever like this.

6. ICICI to come back on the probable date of giving my original Sale Deed..

7. ICICI to give letters with letters signed by propoer names, designations, titles etc., and not give a blind letters w/o any such details.

8. ICICI to share the details of potential buyers to enable me to make a sale at my desired rate.

Instead nailing the issue with firm actions, they were only trying to convince me that they will come back, come back, come back - but to no where. You will be surprised to note that even "ICICI Grievance Policy" very clearly states that "for escalation, a customer can ask for details of escalation matrix", which is not yet shared to me till date?!

May be that i am a small customer, bank is taking it light;But definitely bank must keep in mind that its image takes a dent at the end of the day!

I am not able to digest the fact that there is not a single responsible soul who dares to take an aggressive and customer friendly call, by sitting with the customer face to face on a negotiation table. The basic gene of arrogance, non-responsive, delay tactics, mis-trust and mis-lead, needs a complete turn around from your bank.

What i fail to understand from the bank is that, they are not able to sympathise with their own client, when the client had been grinning under severe pain caused by the un-wanted/un-necessary poking of the bank by themselves.

Expections:

1. To get a 100% satisfaction on the issues raised by me above immediately without any delay - Actually the silence on the part of the bank for not reverting to me on the queries itself is like adding salt to the wound... adding more of agony & trauma, and

2. Expect the bank to be with me / hand hold me on the long run (in future too) if some thing crops up till i enjoy this property.

3. Want to penalise the bank for defaulting with me till date. A Jolly right royal ride had been done on me by ICICI-HFC and it has to pay for the same, an equivalent value of the property (i.e) Rs.15.00L.

Future Actions:

Will have to site across, discuss and resolve it amicably. If the bank doesn t want it to be so, than following needs to be done immdtly:

1. To look out for an arbitrator.

2. To Slap a legal notice

3. To explain the attorcities of the bank and hardships&difficulties faced by a common man to the world via various sources.

4. To blacklist ICICI in full for any of my present / futrue needs.

For your clarity - I am attaching some of my communications to the bank, in this regard and i await their reply:

Trust to the best of my abilities i could explain the kind of pains that i had underwent/undergoing with ICICI HFC and look forward to your kind revert on the matter at the earliest.
