I have been issued voter ID from Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh),

Name: SHARLABH CHOUBEY, which ideally should be SHALABH CHOUBEY

DOB : 22.02.1976 .

Age : 33 yrs which as per voter ID is showing 68 yrs

i have made complaints to the concern authorities namely Mr Malviya & Mr Patwa to get the same corrected for which all the necessary documents are duly been submitted but nothing as happened till date.

request you to pls look into the same & help me out.
