I have worked in ICICI bank from Feb '03 till May '06.
I was on medical leave from Feb '06 till May '06. I've to office and submitted my resignation letter the manager has not accepted the letter stating that my name is already removed from the system. I asked for the relieving letter they said it will come to my residence. i never got my relieving letter till date. I contacted the HR but the HR is saying that backdated resignation letter will not be accepted hence you will not get the reliving letter. pl help
