Change of Billing Address

Dear sir / madam,

Pl. note that my current billing address is on company name "Graphite India Ltd. C-7, MIDC Ambad, Nasik-422010" but the statement of my credit card was not getting in due date time & I have facing the problems to make the payment through cheque within due date.

You are requested to please change my billing address for ICICI Credit card No. 5176 3770 3845 6009 to my residence address as follows :
