Not getting Settlement Letter

D/sir,

Against credit card no 5176370180970000, I took a loan of Rs Rs 49000/- and started giving installments (24 installments were reqd each of Rs 2327.54/- ) on regular basis starting from 30.05.06. From June the agent started not giving the receipts (he told that receipt book is exhausted and new one is not available) though the premiums were deposited in the bank. On giving cheque of Rs 2327.50/- for last installment in March the concerned agent, told me to deposit Rs 1597.98/- instead of Rs 2327.54/-. On enquiring, he told that he had talked with the concerned person and seen the records and now only Rs 1597.98/- are balance. The agent returned my cheque of Rs 2327.54/- and I gave him new cheque for Rs 1597.98/-, which was deposited in the bank.

Inspite of my regular follow up, till now I have not received any settlement letter, which should have been sent by the bank automatically to me. Lately I have been receiving calls from bank that I have to pay balance premium with interest amount.

The bank agent (Mr. Mukesh Sinha) and the bank (M'm Zeba) are not cooperating and are giving one excuse after other and causing harassment to me.

I request this to be settled at the earliest.
