Failed transaction from ATM

I have Pay a/c No. 004501504769 with ICICI Bank Madhuban, Udaipur (Rajasthan). on 1st July I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- from ATM of IDBI Bank Sec. 4 Hiran Magri, Udaipur but the transaction failed due to default of electricity / network and Rs.5000/- were reduced from my available balance. At once I called the Security Gaurd who was present at the spot and showed him the situation, he accepted this and gave me complaint book of IDBI bank which was available there. I noted my complaint in that book and signed it by the Security Gaurd. The next day dated 2nd July I went ICICI Bank Madhuban, Udaipur and I gave them complaint in written. But till today dated 22 July Rs.5000/- are not deposited in my Pay account.

So I kindly request you to solve my problem and obliged me.
