Interest not received

I had purchased tax saving bonds of ICICI bank but the interest which they are sending me is on a incomplete account number. There are 12 digits in the account no of ICICI bank but the cheques which they have send me is of 11 digits. I had purchased these bonds in 2005 and since then I have not received any interest
