Acctivation of account

Dear sir,

on 17th of june i had applied for a new icici bank account and i was informed that my account will be activated before 7 working days, but it has't being activated since, i've allready complained it to the required personal (Mr. Zachariah Jose-Branch Manager [gudur]) but still my account is not acctivated, i request you to take required action immediately and activate my account as soon as possible..
