I had applied for saving and demat account with ICICI bank in may. I have give all documents required. But by mistake of bank agent my address was wrong update in bank record. when i raise the complain to home branch in "BHARUCH -Gujarat". They reply that call customer care and give address change application. Application for address change was submited in 22 june. As per home branch officer my address is changed in system. But still today i havn't received any documents related to my account. And when i am requesting for documents. Band is replying that my documents are sent to old/wrong address. After 5 months still condition is same.
