ICICI Car Insurance
Claim Pending without any response

My car met with an accident and ICICI sent their representative at the Garage to survey. AFter survey no one fom ICICI has called and on calling ICICI NO one in the company knows the status of my Claim. If you wnat a New Policy you will get calls every 5 minutes but if you want to make a CLAIM then tehy wont even pick your phone for years I believe.

I think Goverment Firms like "New India Assurance" are more Professional then Private Sector FU... UP firms like ICICI... Wake Up ICICI...
