This is to inform you that there were 3 fraudulent transactions which were transacted from my credit card the value is Rs. 25000 approx, i immediately complained in the call centre and after half and hour conversation i was been informed that the transactions are been reversed and they will not charge me. Also the card was also blocked and they send me a new card they noted by no. for all the future correspondence. They had informed that there will be investigation which will be carried and i will be informed about that but there was not a single phone call from the Bank. They told me to fax the letter i was trying to fax it the same night but there was continuos error and was not able to send the fax at all. The next day i immediately had mailed them the details again and they asked me to scan the letter and send it on mail i had done that also but then later on when i checked the estatement on my mail i found that they didnot reversed the transaction and they had charged me in my current bill i am sending mail but no one is replying to me and no one is bothered to do that.
The concern person didnt even informed to me before checking the status and my service request no. is still pending.
I think it is not safe to use icici credit cards as there are fradulent transations and no one is bothered to reply nor help the customer. It is not my fault and unnecessary i need to get into the resolving the issues.
If some one can guide me the right place where i can complain of Icici bank. Please revert at the earliest.
