ICICI Credit Card
I got a bill of 86, 000 from ICICI bank for un used card

Hello Sir/Madm,

I took credit card from ICICI bank 2 years back. But i had never used my card not even opened envelop. I also have pin of my card with me.

Even though suddenly i got bill of 86, 000/- .

I complained in ICICI and blocked my card.

ICICI customer care people said that bank will investigate about this.

but i didn’t get any update so again i send mail to bank . but they r saying that result is in bank favor and you have to pay the bill. I tried to contact with pune branch, but they are saying all this process of investigation happens from mumbai. and we don’t know any thing. Better you contact to only customer care.

Now i am helpless. no body is listening to me and each month i am getting bill from ICICI credit card to pay the bill.

Please help me in this issue,

What should i do. Need a help.
