This is to inform that i had a bad experience with ICICI bank Cr card Division.
I always pay the amount before the due date. But last week the cheque which i paid was not reflected in my account details. I called the customer service and reported the problem. Also i gave the cheque number, date and the ATM where i dropped my cheque for credit card payment. My due date was 16/7. but i dropped the cheque on 07/07 and it was debited from my savings account on 10/07. i was calling ICICI customer care service everyday on this nuy didn't get proper response. One day they said it happened due to technical problem. But the next day they have charged Rs. 280 as interest saying that i didnt paid the amount before the due date which i paid before the due date, also they have auto debited Rs.56 from my savings account. Luckily i have a saving account in which i can have zero balance. otherwise they would have fined me saying that i didn't maintain balance. Don't know whom to contact on this.
Who will take action against them for cheating the customers?
whenever we find them cheating they say technical problem. Decided to stop my relationship with this bank.
