This is regarding my Creditcard payment which i made it trough a Execuitive name Naresh (9966457767), He collected on 7th Oct a post-dated 09-10 Chq no 249085 for rs 10, 000/-, as it been a holiday on the day he came and collected the amount and told is out of recipt book will get it by end of the day. I checked my account i found Chq been deposited, when enquired with CustomerCare the exectuive never paid the Cash amount, on 16th his manager Mr. Srinivas (9989355855) called for the payment, explained him breifly, Myself, executive and Manager 3 were in conf, Executive now says never collected any cash. Now the manager too is not picking up the call.
