Respected sir;

I am working in Bangalore International Airport as super visor –ARFF, I have a salary account with ICICI bank and the account No is: 029601517386 and I was issued with the debit card No: 4216-2702-9606-6088,

On 30th November I tried to with draw Rs 18000/- from the corporation bank ATM at yelahanka old town, but money was not come slip came as money deducted. Same day I gave a complaint to ICICI bank through E mail, they told to wait for 45 days, now 30 days are over, I am fully depend upon my salary, so kindly look in to this matter, and do the needful.

This is with reference to your e-mail to Mr. Harshil Mehta with regard to your query related to the cash discrepancy from Non ICICI Bank Atm.

We would like to reiterate that the mentioned transaction of Rs.18, 000 has been approved and claimed by the VISA. Hence, reversal of this transaction is not possible from our end.

We have initiated a chargeback on December 13 for the mentioned transaction on the acquiring Bank. The TAT (Turn Around Time) for the same is 45 days. Hence, we request you to wait for 45 days from the date the chargeback has been raised.
