Proving password to damat account

Sir,

My dmat account No.8500574003 is with your bank and my login ID is VENKALXJ. I had forgotten my password and I have been requesting for providing the same to me for past 3 months. Whenever I approach your executive on phone, the answer is the pin mailer was sent thru first flight couriers. But I have not received a single cover from the said couriers. Due to improper/inefficent service of a courier, I am unable to operate my account for the past 3 months. As such, I request you to initiate immediate remidial action not only to provide my password urgently duly ensuring proper delivery to my correct address but also to check up with your couriers.
