Poor Customer Service

I wanted to open a online trading account. Since i have had a pretty good experience with ICICI Bank for almost 3 years, i chose ICICI Direct for opening the online account.

However, it has been several weeks since I first registered with ICICI Direct. My account is still not opened. Despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get through them.

Lastly, i get a call from some courier company that my documents from ICICI Direct are going to be returned unless i go to their office to collect them.
