Non Receipt of ICICI DEMAT account

I had applied for a 3-in-1 online trading account through ICICIDirect on the 21st April through application number. 9002318352. All the required documents were furnished to the sales executive who had come to my residence. I was assured that my account would be activated within 20 days. Those 20 days are long over. Repeated calls and mails to ICICI customer-care have proved futile. All that I get to know is that my form had been rejected twice (of which I was not informed by anyone, I had to call up several times to get this status report) and now it has gone into the never ending processing mode. Each curt mail to ICICI customer care receives a reply back that I should wait for 10 additional days.

I am now tired and frustated and all I want is a refund of the processing fee of Rs. 250 that I had given along with the application form.

If this complaint is forwarded to ICICI, I am certain that the obtuse and imbecilic fools that are employed over there will repeat (just as a stupid parrot does) what they have requested before, that I should wait for another 10 days. Please refrain from sending such SPAMS

I have already approached another DEMAT service provider and have sent in my application.

WILL THE DEAF MORONS OF ICICI PLEASE TAKE NOTE??
