Sub:- ACCOUNT OPPENING FORM 9002675128/9002675127 IS NOT FORWARD FROM ICICI DIRECT MAYAPURI BRANCH.
Dear sir,
I am Md. Atharul Haque from New Delhi. I had applied for new account oppening form 9002675128 on dated 1/7/08 through ICICI Direct mayapuri branch New Delhi. I submitted all document customer devlopment manager MR.JITENDER RAWAL he said your account activate within 10 days i agree with Mr. Jitender Rawal. I planned for share trading and i received credit amount 20, 000/= from market with instrest @10% per month. I am waited 12 days but no responce from icici direct i call customer care his said your form is not submitted in center please you contact branch. I call 12/7/08 to mayapuri branch manager he said i call after 2 days. I wait 2 days but no responce i just call after 3 days no responce from branch maneger. I lodged complaint [email protected] after lodged complaint prasserised to mr. Jitender Rawal and submitted our form on dated 29/8/08 and our form is reject on dated 1/9/08 for minor correction. I contact MR.JITENDER RAWAL and new form no. 9002675127 submitted on dated 4/9/08 . Our form is not submitted for process i am daily repitted to [email protected] but no responce our latter. I call to Mr. Jitender Rawal he said i lodge your form on dated 22/9/08 but i conform customercare our for is not submitted on 22/9/08.I am alredy paid instrest upto 7/9/08 4000/= and i spend 20000/= for personal use. I am finincial lossed 24000/= upto 7/9/08.Please lodge our complaint and corrective action against Icici Direct mayapuri branch an inform us.
