Regarding Opening a Demat Account

I wanted to open a online trading account in my spouse name. Since i have had a pretty good experience with ICICI Bank for almost 4 years, i chose ICICI Direct for opening the online account.

However, it has been 45 days since I first registered with ICICI Direct, Mulund (East) branch. My spouse account is still not opened. Despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get a proper explanation.

Lastly, i called up Mulund (East) branch, and spoke to Mr Dodamani (Manager), who gave me the assurance that he will look into the matter personally and will sort out the issue in 3 days time, unfortunately this is the second week and I am still waiting for his answer.

Really, this the pathetic customer service provided by the branch, and the manger needs to be held accountable.
