This is really very bad to know that icici bank people are not educated .on 6b feb 3.08 PM i gave a call to delhi customer care number, i dont remember the name of person who was on line... but he does not have sense that if he can not handle the customer .he should swith the call to his senior..but.he had not switched the call to his senior .. this is pathatice.. i have come across a lot of time that only icici customer care people not as good as other banks like sbi, uti...
i am really surprised inspite of all the thing no senior officers ever contacted... it seems everybody is involved in this...
god bless them if they behave this way...
