About valuation certificate of my property

Dear sir,

I am a existing costomer of ICICI home laon, I availed a home laon in Nov from ICICI bank. Before sanction or disbursal of laon ICICI bank have done valuation of my property through his legal consultant and i paid Rs 2500 to ICICI bank for that Valuation. From Nov to till date bank dont send me the valuation papers of my propery as well as a xerox copy of ragistry.

Let me know what kind of action i can take against ICICI bank through consumer forum.

I also want your legal experties that issuue.
