Pention amount not received, PF NO-KN/35224/35344

Dear All,

I have recd my PF amt credited to my A/C, but Pension Amt. has not been recd yet, I have Called EPFO Office Bangalore regularly but not pick the phone. As Form 10 c has been submitted on dated 16/07.My PF NO-KN/35224/35344.my date of Joining is 01/01 to 31/07.Kindly help me on urgent.
