Claim on Loss of jo

I have taken a flat in Hyderabad in 2007 and at that time I at that time I taken the insurance on my loan by ICICI Lomabard which covers the claim on loosing the job. In Nov I lost my job because of recession & when I tried to claim I am not getting proper responce & its almost a month that I am trying but of no use.
