Not giving my money back after cancelling my health policy

Hi, my name is vishal kukreja, i was thinking of taking a mediclaim, family health floater policy on 1st dec i gave my credit card no to 1 of the customer service agent & told him, i will let him know tomorrow for what amount i am looking for but that guy processed the request the next day & i was charged RS 6024, unauthorised & no verification done, policy no 4034/ffh/w-428051/00/000. i called icici lombard to cancel it . they cancelled it on 10/12 & after calling them for upteen times said that they have refunded RS 4518, sent them my credit card statement to prove no money credited . they gave me service request no 130109593 dated 13/1 with 5 working days that my money will be refunded but the request is still pending, simultaneosly complained on their website, got reply with another request no 1301091802 on 13/01 with 7 working days to be processed but still it shows pending.

nobody is helping me out, please help me out
