Hi

When I bought Policy (mediclaim policy for my parents) they told me that some operation in which you dont have to be hospitilize for 24 hours, in that case you can also claim.

Before operation of my mother I called Tele Sales Officer which sit in Delhi office named Masum, through which i bought my policy. She told me that u can claim eye operation if its will be done by Laser.

And when i m going to submit claim, She told me that please read the offer document you can claim this after 2 years of policy.

This is rediculas, they told anything for selling policies. I have telephonic record of this conversation. I will going fight againse ICICI Lombard and TSO - Masum.
