This is somethign I never expected. I am calling call centre both ICICI and ICICI Lombard General Insurance, they can't trace the debits which Lombard Gen Insurance is doing in my credit card. When inquired with ICICI credit card they are informing that it is LOmbard insurance which is debiting and when asked Lombard Insurance they are informing as per system all policies are cancelled from October 20. In the credit card there is no policy reference, when asked with the call centre guy the excuse is it is not reflecting. Is ICICI Credit card departmetn and Lombard are in hand in glove to cheat the public. What is the meaning when for the last 10 months they can't solve a issue why my credit card is debited when I have not taken any policy. Is it that difficult to register a complain and get the answer.
Why the call centre employees can't handle these issues?? what is the meanign of complaining and where is the service.
I am really don't know whom to contact I am running pillar to post please can someone solve this mystry or guide me how to go about it
